We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii and Alaska. Restricted Items include Aerosols, such as Flexible Hold Hair Spray, Shine Spray, and NoPoo Quick Cleanser. Restrictions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.


PO, APO, FPO, DPO’s – We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx and will need to adjust shipping to USPS at the shipping facility. Due to regulation/restrictions, we are unable to ship Aerosols to APO, FPO, and DPO locations.


We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items by air. Restricted items include Aerosols. Restrictions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.


We do not advise the shipping of products to any permanent addresses (hotels, vacation homes etc.) and cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced at a destination where you (the purchaser) are not responsible for the acceptance of delivery. If you do choose to have packages delivered to hotels etc. please ensure that the location is aware of the package arrived ahead of time.


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a RawganX product, please contact our customer service department.

We do not offer refunds on purchases but do offer in-store credit or placement if your products were damaged in shipping.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of RawganX products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, any items purchased between January 28th, 2020 and the current date are not returnable.

To return a damaged or defective item to RawganX for your in-store credit, please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Please contact RawganX Customer Care via email at Please have the information about where and when you purchased your product available, and pictures of the damage.
  2. If your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization e-mail. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment. In either case, please include a copy of your return authorization e-mail in your package.

We advise sending your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. RawganX is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Your return will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned product and proof of purchase and we will send you a confirmation via email.


  • You must provide an itemized proof of purchase in order for RawganX to authorize your return.
  • If you choose to get a merchandise credit, return shipping is free if your delivery address is in the contiguous United States.
  • If your delivery address is in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada or if you request a refund you are responsible for all return mailing and shipping costs.
  • You must submit your request within 60 days of purchase.
  • Products that are purchased from using a “FINAL SALE PROMOTION” are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee or other product exchange.
  • If you are returning an item you purchased from that qualified for a Gift with Purchase or as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.
  • The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
  • Raw Hair Organic reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion if a customer is abusing the Satisfaction Guarantee, including if a customer returns heavily used products.
  • If we have questions about your return, we will contact you by email.
  • Returned merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee will be declined and sent back.
  • Any issued merchandise credits can only be used at and have a 1-year expiration date. Merchandise credits cannot be returned or redeemed for cash (unless otherwise required by applicable law), transferred to others, reloaded or sold. No fees apply. Merchandise credits will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization.


Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of your returned product to receive your merchandise credit. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
